The work gets easier in March and much more expensive by August.
Effort has a strange shape this year. Early on, output comes cheap — March in particular rewards physical commitment and long hours with visible return, and Jungkook can push hard without feeling the cost. Who they are this year
By September Jungkook does not sound like Jungkook, and that is the point.
For most of the first half the inner weather is bright and slightly restless — an appetite for more, a suspicion that more is not the answer, and no time to sit with the suspicion. Then from May something jolts loose. Thoughts arrive faster and less obediently; the careful, editing, perfecting mind that Jungkook has always trusted starts producing odd, unsanctioned material. What it leaves behind
Jungkook ends the year mid-sentence, and should not rush the ending.
