Privacy Policy

What we collect

Birth details you enter (date, time, place, and an optional name) to generate readings; and, if you sign in, your email address and profile name/photo from Google or Kakao. We do not collect payment card details.

How we use it

To create and show your readings, save them to your account, enable sharing and compatibility, email you when a long reading is ready, and operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Dodo Payments under its own privacy policy; if you pay with PayPal, PayPal collects and processes those details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to fulfill and support your purchase — including the email address you enter at checkout, which we use to restore your purchase if you lose your session.

Third parties

We share data only with providers that run the service, each processing it under its own terms: Google and Kakao (sign-in), Dodo Payments and PayPal (payments), AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) which receive your calculated chart to write long-form readings, Amazon Web Services (hosting and notification email), YouTube (videos embedded in the course pages), and the analytics and advertising services listed below.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays), and the Meta Pixel to measure our own ads on Instagram and Facebook. Both set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

This site may show ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. Your choices

You can log out, or delete your account yourself (see Delete your account). You can also request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hellokiii@likelion.org.
