How to delete your My Stella (akana.kr) account and what happens to your data.
How to delete it
In the My Stella app or on akana.kr: open the account menu (the person icon in the top corner), scroll to the bottom of the sheet, and tap "Delete account" under "Log out". You'll be asked to confirm once. Deletion takes effect immediately. If you can't sign in, email hellokiii@likelion.org from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and the profiles you saved (names, birth dates, birth times, birth places), your charts and readings, your saved matches and public profile links, your sign-in identifiers (Google/Kakao/email/phone), your nickname and profile picture, and your push notification registration. None of it is shown to you or to anyone else afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
Payment and refund records, and the comet ledger entries tied to them, are kept for 5 years — Korean tax and consumer-protection law requires this and we cannot delete them on request. They are kept detached from your identity. Purchased comets are not refunded on deletion. Anonymous usage statistics that cannot be traced to you are also kept.
Signing up again
You can sign up again later with the same email address. It will be a new, empty account — nothing from the deleted one comes back, including comets.
