September 2026

Words tighten while instinct runs ahead

The Weight Behind Every Sentence

Some months make a person slower on purpose. Statements that once came easily now want checking twice, and the difference between what is meant and what will be heard feels wider than usual. Saturn's long opposition to RM's Libra Mercury, exact at month's end, tends to put weight on language and on the cost of being misread. As a member of BTS whose words travel far beyond their first context, that caution is not timidity. Shorter sentences, fewer qualifiers, more time before sending — the month rewards all three.

Old Alliances, New Questions

Group loyalty and personal direction can ask for different things in the same week, and September may sharpen that question rather than answer it. Jupiter squaring their nodal axis mid-month often enlarges a choice between the familiar road and an unproven one. Nothing here suggests rupture; it suggests an honest audit of which collaborations still feed the work and which run on habit. Conversations with long-standing colleagues may be warmer when the stakes are named plainly. Enthusiasm from newer quarters deserves interest, not immediate commitment.

A Faster Current Under the Caution

Underneath the carefulness, something quicker is running. Ideas arrive sideways — a phrase from a book, an odd sample, a structure that shouldn't work and does. Uranus trining that same Libra Mercury on the eleventh favours unusual phrasing and sudden structural solutions, which sits oddly beside the month's slower discipline. The friction is useful. Capture the strange idea immediately, then let the slower judgement decide what survives. Writing that mixes experiment with restraint tends to age well, and this month offers both materials at once.

Eleventh, Twentieth, Twenty-Ninth

The month arrives in three movements. Around 11 September, two Uranus contacts land together and the pace of thought outruns existing structures — good for drafting, poor for signing anything. Near 20 September the question of direction widens. By 29 September the Saturn pressure on their Mercury is exact, and precision matters more than output. RM may find the final week slower and more exacting than the first. Treat early September as intake and late September as editing, and the sequence works in their favour.

WHAT HELPS

Put the hardest piece of writing in the last week of September, after 29 September has passed.
